The steam brewing thing is legit a game changer

So many features packed in, it's actually impressive
I'll be real, the amount of options was kinda overwhelming at first — 6 brewing modes, 10 strength levels, slow simmer… like where do I even start? If you're into traditional Chinese tea culture at all, you NEED to try the slow simmer mode. It's basically like having a gongfu setup without the fuss. Really solid brewer, just wish it was a bit cheaper
Look, I'll be straight with you — $149 for a tea maker made me think twice. But after using it for about three weeks, I totally get it. Six brewing modes and they actually all work differently
I was cynical about the whole "6 modes" thing — figured it was just marketing fluff. But I tested them side by side and the temperatures really are calibrated differently for each tea type. Green tea stays around 175°F, black tea goes full boil. Even the herbal mode felt distinct. Only giving 4.5 because I wish they'd add a custom temp mode for us nerdy tea folks. But honestly, the presets cover like 95% of use cases.
